Mack Trucks Recalls LEU and MRU Models

There appears to be a recall on certain models of Mack Trucks, according to multiple news agencies.

According to the official reports from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, all models 2010, 2011 and 2012 of the LEU and MRU trucks are being recalled. This specific recall was necessary due to an issue with the front suspension of these recalled vehicle models.

The company has announced that the circuit protection on the starter could be negated by the fact that the alternator ground cable runs directly to it. The possible repercussion of this problem could be a car fire.

Any personal injury lawyer in our Seattle Lawyers firm can tell you that recalls like this can lead to a series of severe risks to drivers and passengers alike. I’m very happy Mack Trucks decided to issue this recall quickly putting the safety of drivers ahead of profits.

Whenever you’re involved in an accident that was caused by a recalled or faulty truck, you may like to consult a personal injury attorney in your city who will be able to assess your case quickly.
